This darling girl came in very neglected and so flea infested that she looked like her coat was speckled with brown dots. Only problem was they were moving. She was depressed,  introverted and cowering when a hand reached out to her. She wailed like a baby when she scratched her inflamed skin.
With love, a good grooming, flea treatment and skin cream for the bites she is a different girl. She barks and plays with the pack, loves to go for rides in the truck and walks in the park. Her true personality comes out more everyday and now she even asks to be picked up and held. She knows now that hands are for loving not hitting. She is housbroken, knows her name and is starting to come when called. She can be left on free roam when alone and does no damage. She stays in her dog bed and will not get on the furniture unless invited.

GiGi is seven or eight years old and has plenty of life left to live. All she needs is a home of her own and her own person to cherish her like the little princess she is becoming. We adore her and want the perfect match so she knows joy and safety for the rest of her life.

It could be that her sight would be restored if she had her cataracts removed. But she is very happy as is too.
